Shipping and Returns

Croatia:

Estimated delivery within 2 - 3 business days.

International:

Estimated delivery within 5 - 10 business days, depending on destination.

Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees or local taxes applied upon delivery.

All sales are considered final.

Returns or exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Incorrect item received
• Incorrect size received
• Product damaged

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must remain unworn and include original packaging, tags and accessories.

Due to garment treatment, washing and production processes, slight variations or imperfections may occur and are considered part of the product.

BUNNY reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
